The Sultanate of Kubleanata is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Saladin III with an even hand, and notable for its frequent executions, compulsory military service, and pith helmet sales. The hard-nosed, humorless, devout population of 11.882 billion Kubleanatans are highly moralistic and fiercely conservative, in the sense that they tend to believe most things should be outlawed. People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion.

The enormous, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Industry, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Hiroak. The average income tax rate is 91.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Kubleanatan economy, worth a remarkable 2,203 trillion pesos a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, quite specialized black market in Uranium Mining, Retail, and Arms Manufacturing. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 185,407 pesos, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.1 times as much as the poorest.

The police crack down on tax evaders without mercy, the old neighbourhood isn't how most Kubleanatans remember it, parties that are too noisy are broken up to prevent disturbing wildlife, and a vast monorail network carries people all over the country. Crime is all-pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Kubleanata's national animal is the cow, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Islam.

Kubleanata is ranked 218,921^st in the world and 7^th in Sovereign Charter for Highest Drug Use, scoring 25.8 on the Pineapple Fondness Rating.
