The hard-nosed, cynical population of 4.37 billion Russijanins are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of DictatGrad. The average income tax rate is 76.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The thriving Russijanin economy, worth 434 trillion Rubles a year, is highly specialized and mostly made up of the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Black market activity is rampant. State-owned companies are common. There has been a rapid increase of noise complaints over the sound of buzzing bees, the police think a properly conducted criminal investigation is a real pain, mining safety laws are often more expensive than what's being mined, and citizens live in superstitious fear of the mysterious glowing clouds that float over KiRussija. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. KiRussija's national animal is the Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
