The Evil Communist Empire of ITmans is a huge, safe nation, ruled by Most Supreme Magnificent Overlord ITmans with a fair hand, and remarkable for its state-planned economy, pith helmet sales, and free-roaming dinosaurs. The hard-nosed, democratic population of 930 million ITmansians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Atheistmon. The average income tax rate is 81.6%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The all-consuming ITmansian economy, worth 99.5 trillion credits a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Book Publishing, and Retail. Average income is an impressive 106,992 credits, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Research grant proposals read like political diatribes, the nation's generous tax credits have brought all the film studios to the yard, children are brainwashed at a young age to accept "love and peace!" as a way of life, and the nation's diplomatic missives are now delivered via sniper rifle. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. ITmans's national animal is the eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

ITmans is ranked 7,381st in the world and 197th in the Rejected Realms for Most Valuable International Artwork, with 65.69 Bank.
