The Empire of Imperialist Kondor is a massive, orderly nation, renowned for its frequent executions, compulsory military service, and public floggings. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 1.447 billion Imperialist Kondorians are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The tiny, pro-business, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Healthcare, and Defense. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6.6%.

The very strong Imperialist Kondorian economy, worth 93.2 trillion Kondor Dollars a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Uranium Mining industry, with major contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Gambling, and Furniture Restoration. Average income is 64,398 Kondor Dollars, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 235,424 per year while the poor average 12,495, a ratio of 18.8 to 1.

Groups of three or more trees are cut down in the name of 'child safety', the police force is rumoured to be made up of evil shadows with no souls, government policies change at the drop of a rabbit, and one year's corporation tax from three international megacorporations has funded one dozen shiny black pencils for Leader's office. Crime is a problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Imperialist Kondor's national animal is the Kondorian Snake, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
