Grand Duchess Papi Páez V

Born in 000.M02, Papi Páez V was born as the first daughter of Grand Duchess Papi Suárez IV. She was instantly made the heir for the throne.
She then spent the next 20 years studying in how to lead a nation and especially military tactics, graduating from the Military Academy of Harpiatopia City as the top cadet.
After graduating at 18 years old she was made commander of the Eastern Army at the rank of Brigadier General. Not much of interest happened in her time as commander, apart from the border bandit raids which made her an expert at anti-guerilla tactics.

At 19 years old she took over the throne when Grand Duchess Papi Suárez IV decided to abdicate due to a disease at the age of 80.
She is known as the youngest Grand Duchess for this.

She has proven herself and the historians are writing her reign as "The Harpiatopian Golden Age" due to her many economic, military, and social reforms which have pushed the country forward.
She has shown a deep interested in military affairs, regularly inspecting them and putting alot of funds into the military.

The future still remains unknown as the Grand Duchess is not married and has no designated heir, which has many government commands somewhat scared,
the Grand Duchess has been told about this and she always just answers with "I'll take care of it later".
