The United States of Hammerica is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by President Frank Zeidler with an even hand, and renowned for its compulsory military service, state-planned economy, and irreverence towards religion. The compassionate population of 2.112 billion Hammericans are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

Hammerica's national animal is the Bald Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Catholic Communism.
