The Nomadic Peoples of Grendelr is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Lord Targaryen with an iron fist, and notable for its pith helmet sales, parental licensing program, and public floggings. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.438 billion Grendelrians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

Grendelr's national animal is the Dragon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.
