The following text will list, in chronological order, the former and current presidents of Grellania, and information on them such as: Their term(s) in office, accomplishments, their current age (or deceased, followed by age at death, cause of death, and year), gender, any previous political history, any previous military history, formal education, and other important information, as well as trivia.

Note: Before Presidents, Grellania was a series of states with a central government consisting of the counsel of Governors, as well as the House of Congress and the Senate, as well as a Supreme Court. The decision to create the office of President arose after years of grid-locking in the Counsel of Governors, which needed a position to be able to allow the Senate and Congress to create not only state laws, but federal laws, which were not in place until after the position was created.

These traits are generally considered by political historians to have been integral in allowing for him to achieve the major political accomplishments that were made in his time in office. Whitney emphasized broader civil rights of the population, and a platform of political openness and free trade programs with other nations. He promised that with expansions to public education, the Grellanian GDP would enlarge, which proved true in the years following the election. Statistically, the GDP increased from G$24,400 at $1.09USD=G$1 in February 1967, to G$29,200 at $1.17USD=G$1 at the end of his first term in February 1971.
