The Holy Church of Osaka

The Holy Church of Osaka is the national religon of the Democratic Republic of Gandoor. It focuses on the worship of the One True Goddess, Ayumu Kasuga.

The religion really lacks much in the sense of temples and such. The holy book is the manga Azumanga Daioh by Kiyohiko Azuma with the Azumanga Daioh: Supplementary Lessons considered to be holy scripture by some Osakans, but not all. The animated adaption of the manga, Azumanga Daioh: The Animation is considered to be an adaption of the holy book and almost 100% compatible with the teachings of Osaka.
