Cotton candy made from genuine cotton cellulose doesn't quite satisfy, neon signs promoting safe driving often distract drivers, the government is in utter turmoil following the recent abolishment of the tax code, and the government tells its citizens to 'forgive and forget'. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Foficland's national animal is the platypus, which frolics freely in the nation's sparkling oceans.
