The Intellectual Oligarchy of Feynland is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Professor Robert T Feynberg with a fair hand, and notable for its smutty television, national health service, and complete absence of social welfare. The compassionate, democratic, cheerful population of 46.162 billion Feynlandians are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The relatively small, liberal, socially-minded, outspoken government is primarily concerned with Education, with Environment also on the agenda, while Law & Order and Defense are ignored.
