The Imperial Provinces of Exxosia is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by the Great and Mighty Exxos with an even hand, and renowned for its rum-swilling pirates, cultivated feral children, and absence of drug laws. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cheerful population of 25.753 billion Exxosians are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The minute, corrupt, pro-business government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Administration, although Education is also considered important, while Law & Order and Defense are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Exxosia Central City. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Exxosian economy, worth an astonishing 12,406 trillion Xosars a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and dominated by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Retail, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining. Average income is an amazing 481,761 Xosars, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 1,726,600 per year while the poor average 96,405, a ratio of 17.9 to 1.

The nation's water should not be ingested while operating heavy machinery, it's a common sight to see angry commuters with grenade launchers mounted on their vehicles, a valid legal defense is 'dead men tell no tales', and reflection is vital for badly behaved politicians. Crime, especially youth-related, is so common that it is unusual to encounter someone following the law, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Exxosia's national animal is the Exxosian void hawk, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is not applicable.
