Faceless corporations are expected to assume parental responsibility over millions of teenagers, the new prison system is crowding up at an alarming rate, paranoid museum guards keep a lookout for any animated displays attempting to escape the premises after dark, and a lack of funding for new shows has turned television into 24/7 re-runs. Crime, especially youth-related, is relatively low, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Exple Aria's national animal is the elephant, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
