The Hegemony of Dontaria is a gargantuan, efficient nation, renowned for its keen interest in outer space, free-roaming dinosaurs, and daily referendums. The hard-nosed, humorless population of 16.069 billion Dontarians are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dontaria's national animal is the leopard, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
