The Republic of Cybelle is a very large, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its rum-swilling pirates, frequent executions, and daily referendums. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic population of 184 million Cybelleians enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.
