The Disputed Territories of Confused No Name is a massive, efficient nation, remarkable for its parental licensing program, flagrant waste-dumping, and absence of drug laws. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 2.036 billion Nothings are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Healthcare, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of No Name. The average income tax rate is 44.2%.

The powerhouse Nothing economy, worth 191 trillion Worthlesses a year, is fairly diversified and dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Uranium Mining, Basket Weaving, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Black market activity is rampant. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 94,150 Worthlesses, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.8 times as much as the poorest.

Oil executives can be seen reluctantly cleaning oil-soaked birds, the new Liquor Legitimacy Office is besieged with job applications from people who have experience in "statistical sampling methods", airplane passengers have been known to stuff pillows in their jackets to get extra arm room, and the Coast Guard is pioneering a quixotic program to train fish. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Confused No Name's national animal is the Extinct, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Confused No Name is ranked 56,501st in the world and 25th in Philippines for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 2,709.44 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
