The Cheeki Breeki Nation of Comrade Boris is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Boris Borisovich Borislav with an even hand, and renowned for its compulsory military service, state-planned economy, and stringent health and safety legislation. The quiet, industrious population of 2.047 billion Borises are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The medium-sized, socially-minded government prioritizes Defense, although Law & Order, Education, and Public Transport are also considered important, while International Aid is ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Cheeki Breeki City. The average income tax rate is 33.3%, but much higher for the wealthy.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Comrade Boris's national animal is the gopnik and its national religion is Cheeki Breeki.
