The People's Republic of Chinese PR is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Xi with an iron fist, and renowned for its parental licensing program, ban on automobiles, and complete lack of prisons. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 2.517 billion Chinese are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Beijing. The average income tax rate is 70.7%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The very strong Chinese PRian economy, worth 219 trillion Yuan a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, quite specialized black market in Information Technology, Beef-Based Agriculture, Arms Manufacturing, and Furniture Restoration. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 87,344 Yuan, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.4 times as much as the poorest.

Foreign governments regularly accuse the Chinese PRian military of war crimes, men who wear pink are seen as dangerously unmanly, nature reserves often contain artificial waterfalls and concrete paths, and no-one can foil the ambitions of Big Aluminium. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Chinese PR's national animal is the Dragon, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
