The Democratic Republic of Caymarnia is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by President Madero with an iron fist, and remarkable for its multi-spousal wedding ceremonies, anti-smoking policies, and ubiquitous missile silos. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 19.618 billion Caymarnians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Caymarnigrad. The average income tax rate is 96.5%.

The frighteningly efficient Caymarnian economy, worth a remarkable 3,383 trillion people's marks a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Furniture Restoration, and Uranium Mining. Average income is an impressive 172,461 people's marks, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Millions of Caymarnians are excellent swimmers, the "Dreadnowt" is the pride and joy of the Caymarnian Navy, there are six more weeks of winter if a northerner sees his shadow, and fake designer clothes are shredded and burnt while many in the world don't have a shirt on their back. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Caymarnia's national animal is the gryphon, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
