The lands of Butuni

The Kingdom of Butini is comprised of hundreds of islands with the population concentrated on three larger ones. The largest, northern most island is comprised of three main geographic regions: the temperate north, the warm south, and the humid center.

The temperate north is mostly forest flourishing in wildlife and mountains full of streams and rivers. The warm south is all sandy beaches with cliff edges and hidden coves littering the coast. The humid center is very similar to that of a rainforest, there are also many lake along with the streams and rivers from the north that flow to the southern coast.

the middle island is the smallest island and is it composed of only one geographic region. similar to that of the main island’s north this island is composed up of rivers, lakes and forests. It has a humid temperature and rain is very constant and consistent, due to this it is very prone to flooding. The human habitation is low and wildlife population is high. Many birds, large cats, wild canines call this island home.

The southernmost island is the hottest of the three islands. It is dry and much of the landscape is barren. It has many oasis’ but that is all that can be seen for many Kilometers. This island is very common for those who want to escape the humidity of the other two islands and for those who want to be in more desolate areas.

There are more geographic regions that make up our archipelago, but those islands have yet to be fully explored and mapped.
