CONSTITUTION OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF BOURGEOISS (Since 2024)

PREAMBLE
Our Great Leader had united us together no matter our classes, races, or nationalities and had led us in a Long March to escape from the tyrannical regimes. Under his guidance, we have found our own homeland, the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss. Since the foundation of Bourgeoiss, the Great Leader and his Will always been our guiding force that led us from victories to victories in all aspects. Bourgeoiss is a state that is open to everyone who is suffering under the so-called "Nation-State," a concept that our Great Leader dumped deep down in the garbage of history. All of the so-called “Nation-State” are evil and care nothing about its people but its powers and benefits that lead to wars and more wars. The concept of “nationality” is nothing but a cult that creates legitimacy based on lies. The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss, as the frontier of humanity, pleads to fight every enemy of the people under the guidance of the Will of the Great Leader to strengthen the army as a protector of the state and of the people. All citizens of Bourgeoiss plead to learn and follow the Will of the Great Leader in all aspects of life, to follow the guidance of the Revolutionary Command Council and the Council of the Will of the Great Leader. Today, the Great Leader is no longer with us in physical form. However, his legacy and guidance continue to shape our lives through the extensive collection of his wisdom with 600 chapters, spanning a total of 1 million words explaining his Will to guide us in all aspects of our lives.
CHAPTER I: POLITICS
Article 1.
The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is an independent state united under the guidance of the Will of the Great Leader that represents the interests of all the people.
Article 2.
The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss aims to abolish all cultures in order to build a state for all people, no matter their races, classes, or nationalities, under the guidance of the Will of the Great Leader.
Article 3.
The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss shall strive to achieve the complete victory of will of The Great Leader in the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss by strengthening the army’s power.
Article 4.
The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is equally divided into 10 provinces naming from Province I to Province X. Each province is equally divided into 10 districts naming from District I01 to District X10 based on district’s province. Each district is equally divided into 10 communes, naming them from Commune I01.01 to Commune X10.10 based on the commune's district. So in total, Bourgeoiss have 10 provinces, 100 districts, and 1000 communes.
Article 5.
The Revolutionary Command Council is the representative of the Will of the Great Leader in legislative, executive, and judicial aspects.
Article 6.
The Council of the Will of the Great Leader is the representative of the Will of the Great Leader in ideological aspect.
CHAPTER II: STATE ORGAN
Article 7.
All state organs mentioned below are divided into 4 levels, including the central level and 3 regional levels, which are: provincial level, districtional level, and communal level. Lower-level state organs must obey the commands of higher-level state organs of the same type.
Section 1. Leader of the Revolution
Article 8.
Leader of the Revolution is the Supreme Leader of the Revolutionary Command Council and the highest authority in society.
Article 9.
The Great Leader is always the Leader of the Revolution. Even when he is physically no longer with us, his Will, the Will of the Great leader, is the Leader of the Revolution.
Section 2. Revolutionary Command Council
Article 10.
The Revolutionary Command Council is the highest state organ, containing the Supreme Assembly and the Cabinet that exercise legislative and executive power over society
Article 11.
The Revolutionary Command Council acts as the court to directly exercise judicial power through Case law.
Article 12.
The Revolutionary Command Council at regional levels has the same authority as the central level in their administrative region, as mentioned in Articles 10 and 11.
Article 13.
The Revolutionary Command Council is coordinated by the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council, which consists of 10 people elected by the Council of the Will of the Great Leader and serve for life-tenure. One member within the 10 members of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council will be elected as General Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council by other members and serve for life.
Article 14.
The Revolutionary Command Council at regional levels is coordinated by the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council at the same regional levels, which consists of 10 people elected by the Council of the Will of the Great Leader in the same regional levels. One member within the 10 members of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council at the same regional levels will be elected as Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council at the same regional levels by other members.
Section 3: The Council of the Will of the Great Leader
Article 15.
The Council of the Will of the Great Leader is the highest ideological authority to interpret and represent the Will of the Great Leader.
Article 16.
The Maester system is formed by the Council of Will of the Great Leader to recognize cadres and citizens based on their knowledge and time learning the Will of the Great Leader. All the Maester ranks are:
-Grand Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This is a rank and a political office; only one person holds this rank; the Grand Maester is the Leader of the Council of the Will of the Great Leader.
-Deputy Grand Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This is a rank and a political office; only one person holding this rank; the Deputy Grand Maester is the Deputy Leader of the Council of the Will of the Great Leader.
-High Maesters of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is only considered to be granted for cadres working at least at central level of state organs.
-First-class Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is only considered to be granted for cadres working at least at provincial level of state organs.
-Second-class Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is only considered to be granted for cadres working at least at districtional level of state organs.
-Third-class Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is only considered to be granted for cadres working at least at communal level of state organs.
-Honorable Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is only considered to be granted for non-Cadre citizens who reach the rank of Candidate Maester of the Will of the Great Leader.
-Candidate Maester of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is considered to be granted for any citizens who reach the rank of First-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader.
-First-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is considered to be granted for any citizens who reach the rank of Second-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader.
-Second-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is considered to be granted for any citizens who reach the rank of Third-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader.
-Third-class Student of the Will of the Great Leader: This rank is considered to be granted for any citizens who pass the entrance exam of general knowledge of the Will of the Great Leader.
Section 4: The Supreme Assembly
Article 17.
The Supreme Assembly is a part of the Revolutionary Command Council for legislating and observing the activities of other state organs.
Article 18.
There are 50 Members of the Supreme Assembly, who are picked randomly from the total population. After 50 members are picked, the Speaker of the Supreme Assembly will be picked from the 50 members. The Speaker and Members of the Supreme Assembly serve for a 1-month term. Whoever refuses their responsibility will face trial for betraying the Will of the Great Leader.
Article 19.
The Assembly of regional level is a part of the Revolutionary Command Council with the same regional level for legislative and observing the activities of other state organs with the same regional level.
Article 20.
There are 50 members of each regional level assembly who are picked randomly from the total population of the same level region. After 50 members are picked, the speaker of the regional-level assemblies will be picked from the 50 members. The Speaker and Members of the regional-level assemblies serve for a 1-month term. Whoever refuses their responsibility will face trial for betraying the Will of the Great Leader.
Section 5: The Cabinet
Article 21.
The Cabinet is a part of the Revolutionary Command Council for executive, headed by the Premier of the Cabinet, who is elected by the Council of the Will of the Great Leader and serves for life-tenure.
Article 22.
The cabinet must and only include these 10 Ministries rank from 1 to 10 for their importance as 1 is the most important ministry and 10 is the least important:
1.Ministry of State Defense, Public Security and ensuring Loyalty to the Great Leader
2.Ministry of production, sales and distribution of military and security weapons
3.The Ministry of People's Education follows the will of the Great Leader
4.Ministry of Counterculture and following the will of the Great Leader for a unified State and a unified world
5.Ministry of Science for Nuclear Energy, Weapons of Mass Destruction Research and Space Programs
6.Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Propaganda on the Will of the Great Leader
7.Ministry of Economy, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Non-Military Production and Minor Trade
8.Ministry of State Planning, resource distribution, public services, health, non-car and aircraft transportation and employment
9.Ministry of Industry, Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Handicrafts and Mining
10.Ministry of issues beyond its jurisdiction and not yet addressed by other ministries
Premier of the Cabinet can appoint and remove the Ministers at anytime and take full responsibility of managing the Cabinet.
Article 23.
At the regional level, each ministry has its own regional level under the command of the same type ministry with higher level and must reports directly to the Revolutionary Command Council at the same regional level.
Section 6: Head of State
Article 24.
The President of Bourgeoiss is the ceremonial head of state of Bourgeoiss and represents the state domestically and diplomatically. The President of Bourgeoiss is elected through the Bourgeoiss Chess Championship Match and serves for a 2-year term.
Article 25.
Here are the regulations for the Challenger tournament that select the Challenger for the Bourgeoiss Chess Championship Match:
-Candidate 1: Primary chess tournament within the High Maesters of the Great Leader to choose 1 candidate within the High Maesters.
-Candidate 2: Primary chess tournament exclusive for people with rank First-Class, Second-Class and Third-Class Maester of the Will of Great Leader to choose 1 candidate within all the First-Class, Second-Class and Third-Class Maesters.
-Candidate 3: Primary chess tournament in the Army of the Will of the Great Leader to choose 1 candidate within the individuals whose military ranks from Brigader General to the highest ranks.
-Candidate 4: Primary chess tournament in the Bourgeoiss Worker Organization to choose 1 candidate representing the Workers
-Candidate 5: Primary chess tournament in the Army of the Will of the Great Leader to choose 1 candidate within the individuals whose military ranks below Brigader General.
-Candidate 6: Primary chess tournament in the Bourgeoiss Farmer Organization to choose 1 candidate representing the Farmers
-Candidate 7: Primary chess tournament in the Bourgeoiss Women Organization to choose 1 candidate representing Women.
-Candidate 8: Primary chess tournament in the Association of Professor and Doctor to choose 1 candidate representing the non-Maester interlectual.
-Candidate 9: Primary chess tournament in the Bourgeoiss Youth League to choose 1 candidate representing the Youth
-Candidate 10: Primary chess tournament in the Scientist and Researcher Organization to choose 1 candidate representing the Scientist
-Candidate from 11 to 20: 10 Primary chess tournaments in 10 provinces of Bourgeoiss open to all regular citizens to choose 10 candidates representing 10 provinces.
After all primary chess tournaments are completed, the Challenger tournament begins. The tournament is an twenty-player, double round-robin tournament, meaning there are 38 rounds with each player facing the others twice: once with the black pieces and once with the white pieces. The time control is 120 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game, plus a 30-second increment per move starting from move 41. Players get 1 point for a win, ½ point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.
Tiebreaks for the first place are addressed as follows:
If two players are tied, they will play two rapid chess games at 15 minutes plus 10 seconds per move. If a three- to six-way tie occurs, a single round-robin will be played. If seven or eight players are tied, a single round-robin will be played with a time limit of 10 minutes plus 5 seconds per move.
If any players are tied for first after the rapid chess games, they will play two blitz chess games at 3 minutes plus 2 seconds per move. In the case of more than two players being tied, a single round-robin will be played.
If any players are still tied for first after these blitz chess games, the remaining players will play a knock-out blitz tournament at the same time control. In each mini-match of the proposed knock-out tournament, the first player to win a game will win the mini-match.
The top player in the Standings of the Challenger tournament will face the current President in the Bourgeoiss Chess Championship Match. If there is currently no president or the president decides not to run for reelection, the top 2 candidates in the Challenger tournament will face each other in the Bourgeoiss Chess Championship Match
Article 26.
Here are the regulations for the Bourgeoiss Chess Championship Match: The time control for each game in the classical portion of the match was 120 minutes per side for the first 40 moves, 60 minutes for the next 20 moves, and 15 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment per move starting with move 61. The match will be the best of 14 games; a score of at least 7½ would win the championship. If the score is equal after 14 games, tiebreak games with faster time controls will be played: A match consisting of 4 rapid games with 25 minutes per side and a 10-second increment starting with move 1 would be played. If a player scores 2½ points or more, he would win the championship. If the score is equal after the rapid portion, a mini-match of two blitz games would be played, with a time control of 5 minutes per side and a 3-second increment starting with move 1. If a player scored 1½ points or more, he would win the championship. If the blitz mini-match is tied, another mini-match with the same conditions would be played to decide the winner of the championship.
Section 7: Case Law
Article 27.
Case laws are divided into 3 types: Big Case Law, Medium Case Law, and Small Case Law depend on the seriousness of the case, no matter the region. Investigation and prosecution on which type of Case Law for each case is under the authority of the Ministry of State Defense, Public Security and ensuring Loyalty to the Great Leader.
Article 28.
The Judge of all Case Laws directly participates in or allocates a central level Subordinate Judge or a regional Judge to each Case Law. The Judge that host each case will have absolute authority of adjudication unless being reversed by the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council or being request to be reversed by the Supreme Assembly. The Judge of all Case Laws is elected within the 10 members of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council and serves for life-tenure. Central level Subordinate Judges and regional Judges are appointed by the Judge of all Case Laws under the agreement of the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council.
Section 8: Army of the Will of the Great Leader
Article 29.
Army of the Will of the Great Leader in charge of state defense, internal public security, intelligence assessment, and ensuring the permanent curfew.
Article 30.
The Supreme Commander of the Army of the Will of the Great Leader is the Leader of the Revolution. The Army is operated by the Ministry of State Defense, Public Security and ensuring Loyalty to the Great Leader.
Article 31.
Since the Great Leader is physically no longer with us, the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council at the Central level on behalf of the Great Leader is the collective commander of the whole Army of the Will of the Great Leader.
Article 32.
All citizens between 12 and 65 years old may be required to participate in military service at any time, the duration of participation in the obligations of each citizen decided by the Ministry of State Defense, Public Security and ensuring Loyalty to the Great Leader at the Central level.
The Army is divided into 5 tactical areas. Each tactical area has the same number of division units.
Article 33.
The Army of the Will of the Great Leader has these ranks:
-Professional officer: Marshal of the Army, General of the Army, General, Senior Lieutenant General, Lieutenant General, Major General, Colonel, Senior Lieutenant Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, Major, Captain, Senior Lieutenant, Lieutenant.
-Non-commissioned officer: Ensign, Cadet, Senior Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, Private First-class, Private.
CHAPTER III: ECONOMY
Article 34.
The economy follows the direction of self-sufficiency under the guide of the Will of the Great Leader.
Article 35.
All facilities, infrastructure, superstructure, physical and intangible property in general are owned and run by the Revolutionary Command Council in a centrally planned economy.
Article 36.
Each part of the economy is operated by respective ministries, including: Ministry of production, sales and distribution of military and security weapons; Ministry of Economy, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Non-Military Production and Minor Trade; Ministry of State Planning, resource distribution, public services, health, non-car and aircraft transportation and employment; Ministry of Industry, Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Handicrafts and Mining and Ministry of issues beyond its jurisdiction and not yet addressed by other ministries.
Article 37.
The currency since the permanent curfew is the same as the army currency, which is the Military Payment Certificate. The value of the Military Payment Certificate is ensured by the Army of the Will of the Great Leader.
CHAPTER IV: FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF CITIZENS
Article 38.
The daily saluting of the State anthem "Final Fantasy", played instrumentally, is compulsory every day at 6 AM. This is the correct and respectful way to salute:
Hand Position: The person performing the salute raises their right hand towards the head or forehead, with the fingers extended and joined together. The thumb is usually positioned along the side of the hand, resting on or near the forefinger.
Eye Contact: As the salute is initiated, the individual making the salute typically maintains direct eye contact with the portrait of The Great Leader or the State Flag. This demonstrates attention and respect.
Head Position: Simultaneously with the hand gesture, the person performing the salute usually tilts their head slightly forward and upward. This action is meant to show deference and acknowledgment.
Duration: The salute is held during the playment of the State anthem, singing the state anthem is forbided.
Article 39.
Only state-controlled media is permitted.
Article 40.
Public protests are illegal.
Article 41.
Divorce is illegal.
Article 42.
Religious worship is prohibited.
Article 43.
Abortion is illegal.
Article 44.
Citizens are legally entitled to end their lives if they are able to overcome all the bureaucratic regulation to obtain permission.
Article 45.
Citizens have no say in the medical use of their bodies after death.
Article 46.
Citizens are not permitted to reach old age.
Article 47.
Vegetarianism is compulsory.
Article 48.
Citizens must acquire a license in order to have children.
Article 49.
Citizens may not pierce their bodies nor circumcize their children.
Article 50.
All citizens have to wear the same blue clothes provided by the state with some exception.
Article 51.
Physical contact sports are prohibited.
Article 52.
Smoking is prohibited, even in private.
Article 53.
All citizens are required to own a firearm.
Article 54.
Citizen DNA must be submitted to the state.
Article 55.
Computers are banned.
Article 56.
Citizens may not connect to the Internet.
Article 57.
All recreational drugs are prohibited.
Article 58.
Cars are banned.
Article 59.
Slavery is basically not recommended by the state and the Great Leader himself do not own any slave. However, citizens can legal own slave if they are able to overcome all the bureaucratic regulation to obtain permission.
Article 60.
Alcohol is banned.
Article 61.
Gambling is illegal.
Article 62.
Computer games are banned.
Article 63.
Aircraft are banned.
Article 64.
Foreigners cannot become residents.
Article 65.
Citizens are not permitted to leave.
CHAPTER V: EMBLEM, FLAG, ANTHEM, CAPITAL AND MOTTO
Article 66.
The Emblem of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss feature the official portrait of the Great Leader.
Article 67.
The State flag of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is a blue background ratio 853:1280 with the official portrait of The Great Leader in the middle.
The Civil Flag is the blank blue flag ratio 52:77 without the featuring of the portrait of The Great Leader.
Here are codes for the correct blue color of both flags: HEX #3b6ea3; XYZ 14, 15, 37; RGB 59, 110, 163; LUV 45, -21, -50; СМYK 64, 33, 0, 36; LAB 45, 0, -34; HWB 211, 23, 36.
Article 68.
The State anthem of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is “Final Fantasy” composed by Nobuo Uematsu. The original song is played in the opening of Final Fantasy I, III, IV, V, XI, XII, XIV; in the ending of Final Fantasy VI, VII, VIII, IX, XV, XVI. The lyrics of the State anthem were composed by an unknown lyricist and first used in the album “A New Story” about Final Fantasy song by Kanon. The State anthem lyrics are:

Article 69.
The Civil anthem of Bourgeoiss citizen is “Wishes” composed by Masashi Hamauzu. The song is originally the main theme of Final Fantasy XIII-2. The lyrics of the Civil anthem are:

Article 70.
The Personal anthem of the Great Leader is "Fly me to the moon", Neon Genesis Evangelion variation which is taken from the three albums with the same name. The lyrics of the Great Leader's Personal anthem are:

Article 71.
The capital of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is the commune where the office of the central-level Revolutionary Command Council located and also name “Revolutionary Command Council“.
Article 72.
The State motto is: “There is no other god than our Great Leader.”
Article 73.
In official non-political events, the Civil flag and Civil anthem should be used.
CHAPTER VI: WHO IS THE GREAT LEADER?
Article 74.
To millions of people living both inside and outside Bourgeoiss, The Great Leader is Bourgeoiss and Bourgeoiss is The Great Leader. When the question was asked: 'What is going to happen to Bourgeoiss?' It is to one man that everyone looked for the answer. The Great Leader.
To the imperialists and colonialists, his name is a curse on their lips; to the settlers, his name is a warning that the good old days at the expense of the people are coming to an end; to all people suffering under foreign domination, his name is a breath of hope and means freedom, brotherhood and racial equality; to us, his people, The Great Leader is our father, our teacher, our brother, our friend, indeed our very lives, for without him we would no doubt have existed, but we would not have lived; there would have been no hope of a cure for our sick souls, no taste of glorious victory after a lifetime of suffering. What we owe is even greater than the air we breathe, for he made us, as surely as he made Bourgeoiss.
Article 75.
The image of the Great Leader is to be displayed with respect and honor in designated public spaces, such as government buildings, institutions, and official events. The display of the portrait should be done in a manner that upholds the dignity and reverence for the Great Leader, ensuring it aligns with the cultural norms and values of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss.
CHAPTER VII. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Article 76.
Any modification or amendment to this Constitution must be proposed by the Council of the Will of the Great Leader or the Supreme Assembly and must be approved by the Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Command Council.
Article 77.
Constitutional amendments come into force immediately after their approval.
Article 78.
No constitutional provision can be amended if it concerns the role and powers of the Will of the Great Leader.
CHAPTER VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 79.
This Constitution is the supreme law of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss. All laws and regulations must be consistent with this Constitution.
Article 80.
This Constitution comes into force upon its adoption by the Revolutionary Command Council.
Article 81.
Any previous provision inconsistent with this Constitution is repealed.
