CONSTITUTION OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF BOURGEOISS (2000-2020)

CHAPTER I. POLITICS
Article 1.
The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is an independent State representing the interests of all the people.

Article 2.

The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is a revolutionary State which has inherited the brilliant traditions formed during the glorious revolutionary struggle against the imperialist aggressors and in the struggle to achieve the liberation of the homeland and the freedom and well-being of the people.

Article 3.

The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is guided in its building and activities only by the ideology of The Great Leader

Article 4.

The sovereignty of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss resides in the will of The Great Leader

Article 5.

All State organs in the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss are formed and function on the principle of loyal to the Great Leader

Article 6.

The organs of State power at all levels, from the county Assembly to the Supreme Assembly, are appointed by The Great Leader

Article 7.

The social system of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is a Leader-centred system under which The Great Leader are the masters of everything and everything in society serves Him. The State shall defend the interests of The Great Leader at any cost

Article 8.

The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss shall strive to achieve the complete victory of will of The Great Leader in the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss by strengthening the army’s power

Article 9.

The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss shall conduct all activities under the leadership of the Revolutionary Command Council head by The Great Leader

CHAPTER II. THE ECONOMY

Article 10.

All facilities, infrastructure, superstructure, physical and intangible property in general are under the control of The Great Leader

Article 11.

The nation currency is the Military Payment Certificate

Article 12.

The value of the Military Payment Certificate are ensure by the will of The Great Leader

Article 13.

Industry is owned and run by The Great Leader in a centrally planned economy.

Article 14.

The nation pursues a policy of economic self-sufficiency.

CHAPTER III. CULTURE

All cultures are abolished in order to built an equal state by the will of The Great Leader

CHAPTER IV. FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF CITIZENS

Only state-controlled media is permitted.

Public protests are illegal.

Article 18

The daily singing of an anthem or reciting of a pledge is compulsory everywhere at 6 AM.

Divorce is illegal.

Religious worship is prohibited. Except believe in the will of The Great Leader

Abortion is illegal.

Citizens are legally entitled to end their lives by public hanging with the observe of an official granted by the Great Leader

CHAPTER V. STATE ORGANS
Section 1. Revolutionary Command Council

The Revolutionary Command Council is the highest organ of State power in the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss

The Revolutionary Command Council exercise legislative, executive, and judicial power over the society. Since the abolish of the supreme court, the Revolutionary Command Council execise it judicial power through case law.

Article 46

Member of the Revolutionary Command Council is appointed the Leader of the Revolution

Section 2. Leader of the Revolution

Article 47

Leader of the Revolution is the head of the Revolutionary Command Council, Premier of the Government and Judge of all Case law by Revolutionary Command Council of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss

The office Leader of the Revolution is held by The Great Leader and always be held by The Great Leader

Section 3.The Supreme Assembly

Article 49

The Supreme Assembly is a Rubber Stamp to legalize decisions from the Revolutionary Command Council

Member of the Supreme Assembly are appointed by the Leader of the Revolution. Chairperson of the Supreme Assembly are picked randomly in total populations and must serve for a month term. Disobey will face trial for betray the nation.

Section 4. The Government

The Leader of the Revolution as head of Government can appoint and remove the ministers

Section 5. The Local Assembly

Head and member of the Local Assembly are appointed by the Leader of the Revolution

CHAPTER VI. EMBLEM, FLAG, ANTHEM AND CAPITAL

The national emblem of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss feature the portrait of The Great Leader

Article 54.

The national flag of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is a 1280x853 blue background with the portrait of The Great Leader in the middle

Article 55.

The national anthem of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is “Final Fantasy Main Theme” composed by NOBUO UEMATSU. The lyrics of the national anthem is:

Article 56.

The capital of the Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is Revolutionary Command Council.

CHAPTER VII: WHO IS THE GREAT LEADER?

Article 57

To millions of people living both inside and outside Bourgeoiss, The Great Leader is Bourgeoiss and Bourgeoiss is The Great Leader. When the question was asked: 'What is going to happen to Bourgeoiss?' It is to one man that everyone looked for the answer. The Great Leader.
To the imperialists and colonialists his name is a curse on their lips; to the settlers his name is a warning that the good old days at the expense of the Bourgeoissian are coming to an end; to Bourgeoissian suffering under foreign domination, his name is a breath of hope and means freedom, brotherhood and racial equality; to us, his people, The Great Leader is our father, our teacher, our brother, our friend, indeed our very lives, for without him we would no doubt have existed, but we would not have lived; there would have been no hope of a cure for our sick souls, no taste of glorious victory after a lifetime of suffering. What we owe is even greater than the air we breathe, for he made us, as surely as he made Bourgeoiss. If you are a flower, be a sunflower; If you are a bird, be a white dove; If it's a stone, be a diamond; If you are human, be loyal to the Great Leader!

Article 58

The portrait of The Great Leader must be hanged everywhere (on the streets, on the walls, in every rooms of a building, on every items, on the clothes, on the tables, on the chairs, on every products in the market,....)

CHAPTER VIII: HEAD OF STATE

Article 59

The President of The Democratic Republic of Bourgeoiss is the head of state who is appointed by the Head of the revolution

Article 60

In case there is no President, the Vice President will be the head of state. In case there is no Vice President, the Leader of the Revolution who is the Head of government will become the acting head of state.
