The Democratic People's Republic of Beatesia is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Fleet Admiral Nicholas Millett with an iron fist, and remarkable for its avowedly heterosexual populace, rampant corporate plagiarism, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 20.524 billion Beatesians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
