They're raised by the screens, they're raised by the droids. They're raised by the trippy Immersive Reality set while they're parents are out on a date or whatever. No, I'm kidding. That's not really true. Children in Aurevbush are commonly to be born to a married couple, and raised by their mother or "nursing partner". In cases when the original biological parents are not fit or capable to care for their original child, it is up to other members of their family (typically grandparents, aunt, or uncle) to volunteer to their care as they grow older. Some of the biggest do's when in Aurevbush

Some of the biggest don'ts when in Aurevbush
-Don't even think about eating our citizens. No matter if they have fur, feathers, or no fur at all, we are all living beings deserving our dignity and respect. We are not delicacies for one to be eaten at the dinner table. Among other countries, exists a ceremony where live or dead humans are eaten by non-human sapients, Aurevbush doesn't have that, it does not even have primate meat to eat.
-Do not offer money to a female stranger unsolicited, it is often seen as demeaning to women and a form of harassment.

Using Geert Hofestede's Cultural Dimensions:

POWER DISTANCE:

Aurevbush exhibits a low to moderate power distance. While there have been periods of centralized political authority, the historical progression from feudal rule to democracy has led to a more open and egalitarian society. People value civil liberties and expect a degree of hierarchy, but it's not extremely pronounced. The direct communication between employees and employers underscores the nation's respect for personal freedom and individual rights.

INDIVIDUAL/COLLECTIVE

However, family and community ties remain important, and during challenging times, there is a strong sense of community support, emphasizing collectivist elements.

Aurevbushans today understand the need to embrace change and ambiguity as a way to adapt themselves in a world where technology and magic and culture are constantly changing. While many private institutions do value stability and consistency to a degree, not many of their adherants will bother putting strict rules and regulations and will look to methods that have not yet been widely practiced, considering strategies for better procurement and marketing. The culture places value on innovative strategies and flexibility in approaches.

SHORT/LONG TERM ORIENTATION
Aurevbush leans towards a short-term orientation, Aurevbushans are among one of the cultures that likes stuff done "right here, right now", emphasizing the importance of immediate results and innovation.
