The Flag of Asherjuko

Created shortly before the founding of Asherjuko, the flag of Asherjuko is rich in symbolism. Below is the official description of the flag as well as some trivia.

Symbolism
The Asherjukoan flag has three main stripes: a purple one at the top, a coral one at the bottom, and a blue one (the largest stripe) at the center. The blue stripe is outlined by two small white stripes. In the middle of the flag is a kawaii drawing of the sun. The purple stripe symbolises civility and a noble personality, the coral stripe symbolises bravery and courage, the blue stripe symbolises pacifism and unity, and the small white stripes symbolise purity and grace. The sun in the middle represents prosperity.

Trivia
The flag of Asherjuko has went through a handful of minor changes since Asherjuko's founding. Most notable of these was a redesign of the sun, to make it symmetrical and easier to look at. Since then, small changes to the sun's face have been implemented. Before Asherjuko's founding, a similar design without the sun, which included two stripes on either side of each white stripe, was proposed. The top had both a yellow and purple stripe, and the bottom had both a purple and coral stripe. Although this draft was rejected early on, the final flag design almost omitted the sun.
