The Kingdom of Arlenzia is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Konizar Stefan Blanken with an iron fist, and renowned for its compulsory military service, frequent executions, and restrictive gun laws. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.023 billion Arlenzians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Spirituality. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Blankenstadt. The average income tax rate is 33.4%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient Arlenzian economy, worth 119 trillion Arlenzian Marks a year, is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Furniture Restoration, Automobile Manufacturing, and Trout Farming. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Arlenzia's national animal is the Falcon and its national religion is Orthodox Axonity.
