The ULTRA-ULTIMATE REPUBLIC of Arcerar is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Aliciab Yolesto with an iron fist, and remarkable for its compulsory military service, complete lack of prisons, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 2.112 billion Arkerians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.
