The Third Kingdom of Andrenne is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Artijom van Spaarva with an even hand, and renowned for its public floggings, irreverence towards religion, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed population of 14.399 billion Andrennians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The large, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Defense, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Miita. The average income tax rate is 79.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Andrennian economy, worth a remarkable 1,701 trillion rilvas a year, is led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Book Publishing, and Tourism. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 118,192 rilvas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.3 times as much as the poorest.

Air Andrenne is rumored to receive more government funding than the Andrennian Air Force, large sections of Andrenne have been named national reserves to protect the native tribes living there, the optimally efficient parking strategy for business commuters is referred to as the "traveling salesman problem", and many marriages go virtually unconsummated. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Andrenne's national animal is the White-Tailed Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.
