Due to the observation that the responsibilities of the Minister of Immigration position are better suited to the Domestic Affairs department, these changes are proposed to the Constitution:
          I.  The position of Minister of Immigration is hereby dissolved.
          II. All responsibilities of the Minister of Immigration are hereby transferred to the Minister of Domestic Affairs and any Deputy Ministers serving under said Minister.
