The NPO Regiment of Agroria is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by sample with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons, state-planned economy, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate, cynical population of 9.985 billion Agrorians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large government juggles the competing demands of Education, Environment, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Barracks. The average income tax rate is 60.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The very strong Agrorian economy, worth 564 trillion fiat monies a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is mostly made up of the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Pizza Delivery, and Furniture Restoration. Average income is 56,561 fiat monies, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Traumatised refugees have a full bedpan shoved into their hands along with their immigration papers, cheering flag-waving citizens don't like to think too hard about politics, people often get liposuction to reduce their air fares, and hiding wrinkles with make-up is illegal. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Agroria's national animal is the duck, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is secular.
