Description of Incident:

At 12:13 AM on the morning of the 8th of May, a catastrophic failure occurred in Tabasconium Test Chamber 12, leading to a violent explosion. The failure took place in the containment unit where a sample of Tabasconium was being stored for testing purposes.

The failure was caused by a sudden and unexpected increase in temperature within the chamber, which led to a chain reaction resulting in the explosive release of energy stored within the Tabasconium sample. This caused extensive damage to the chamber and surrounding areas.

Damage Assessment:

The explosion has destroyed the left wing of the Laboratory, including several experimental facilities and equipment. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported yet as the incident occurred during non-working hours. However, several members of the research team were injured and exposed to Tabasco Radiation but are currently receiving medical attention.
